Friends & Family Shirt Orders

Greetings,

This IS NOT FOR SPIRITWEAR, but rather for extra team apparel. If you are interested in purchasing extra shirts, then you must complete the following form and payment must be made by the end of the meeting on Thursday night. The order will be placed that evening.

*Students will be provided with 2 team t-shirts and 1 team polo. Do not include these 3 shirts on this order. If students want additional shirts other than the 3 provided, please select the size and quantity above.

ALSO, Parents, send your student shirt sizes with them to the Tuesday or Thursday Meeting to confirm their size. If the size is not confirmed, you really do not want us to our best guess of your students sizes. Make sure they take care of this.
